Directions For Use
Stir 1 level, firmly packed scoop (5 grams) of powder into 8 ounces of water or juice (or other high carbohydrate meal or drink).
When to use:
Loading Phase (day 1 to 5):

Maintenance Phase (day 6 and beyond):
