Directions For Use
Stir 2 level, firmly packed scoops (10 grams) of powder into 8 ounces of water or juice (or other high carbohydrate meal or drink), 1 to 2 times daily.
Pre-workout
Take 2 scoops 1-2 hours before exercise.
Post-workout:
Take 2 scoops immediately after exercise.
Drink plenty of water when supplementing with creatine to avoid dehydration (approx. 1 gallon a day).
