Ingredients
Directions For Use
Stir 1 level, firmly packed scoop (5 grams) of powder into 8 ounces of water or juice (or other high carbohydrate meal or drink).
One scoop equals approx. 1 1/2 teaspoons.
When to use:
Loading Phase (day 1 to 7):
Take 1 scoop (5 grams) of creatine 3 to 5 times daily for 7 consecutive days.
Maintenance Phase (day 8 and beyond):
Take 1 scoop (5 grams) of creatine 1 to 2 times daily.
Drink plenty of water when supplementing with creatine to avoid dehydration (approx. 1 gallon a day).
When to take:
Your muscles absorb nutrients at a greater rate during the 1-1/2 hours after a workout, so take part of your creatine dose right after you exercise. Another good time is an hour before your workout.
