From here on take 2 multi-phase capsules in the morning and an additional 2 multi-phase capsules in the afternoon.

This product contains caffeine. Lipo-6 Hers is best taken in cycles. The suggested cycle length is 8 weeks followed by a 1 week break. Discontinue 2 weeks prior to surgery. Immediately discontinue if you experience rapid heart beat, dizziness, severe headaches or shortness of breath.
