Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take the first dose in the morning prior to breakfast and the second dose six hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. After the first week, take two capsules in the morning prior to breakfast and two capsules six hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water.
Do not exceed four capsules in any 24-hour period. Slimquick should be used in conjunction with a sensible low-fat diet and regular exercise program. Do not take Slimquick within 5 hours of sleep. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
