Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take one serving (3 capsules) twice daily with a full glass of water, approximately 30 minutes before meals and/or exercise.
Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4-hour period. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to sleep. For best results, use with a nutrition and exercise program. Individuals weighing over 200 lbs may consider taking 4 capsules twice daily.
