Directions For Use
Take the first serving in the morning prior to breakfast and the second serving 6 hours later, each time on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of water. Do not exceed 6 rapid liquid gels in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep. Combine with an intense training program and sensible diet to achieve your weight-loss goals. To assess individual tolerance, follow the dosing schedule below:
Day 1-2: First Serving (1 Rapid Liquid Gel), Second Serving (1 Rapid Liquid Gel)
Day 3-4: First Serving (2 Rapid Liquid Gels), Second Serving (2 Rapid Liquid Gels)
