Directions For Use
For the first 3 days, take 1 Rapid Gel before breakfast or morning workout session, and 1 Rapid Gel 6 hours later.
Day 4 to 6, take 2 Rapid Gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 2 Rapid Gels 6 hours later.
Day 7 and beyond, take 3 Rapid Gels before breakfast or morning workout session, and 3 Rapid Gels 6 hours later.
Do not exceed 6 Rapid Gels in a 24-hour period.
For individuals sensitive to the effects of methylxanthines (i.e., caffeine and caffeine-like stimulants), start by taking only 1 Rapid Gel as directed above and do not exceed a total of 2 Rapid Gels per day. Read the entire label before use and use continuously for a minimum of 21 days. Combine Methyl Ripped with a low-fat, high-protein, calorie-reduced diet and hardcore training program.
