Directions For Use
Mix one serving (1 packet) in a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water twice daily. On days of your workout, take 1 of these servings before your workout.
To assess individual tolerance, follow the chart below.
Day 1 to 3: 1/2 stix packet, 2x daily
Day 4 & Beyond: 1 stix packet, 2x daily
Consume 10 glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions. Do not exceed 2 total servings in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, combine Hydroxycut Hardcore X Ignition Stix with an intense exercise and nutrition program.
