Directions For Use
Take two packs daily for three straight weeks. You can take one pack immediately upon waking and the other one 4-6 hous later.
Follow a cycle that's three weeks "on" and one week "off". After your one week off cycle, you can do another 21-day "on" cycle until you reach your goals. When possible, you should take your Animal Cuts packs on an emply stomach.
Miscellaneous
Each 1 pack contains 20mg of synephrine and 200mg of caffeine.
