Directions For Use
Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks. 1 pack on waking and the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 weeks "on", 1 week "off" cycle. After the week off, you can run it again.
The Thermogenic Complex is in the red capsule and the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsules.
