Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules before the morning meal, and two capsules before the mid-day meal as needed.
Do not exceed four capsules per day. Avoid taking Seven late in the day, as it may keep you awake.
Storage
Store at controlled room temperature between 59F and 86F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate.
