Directions For Use
Maximum Endurance for Cyclists and Runners
Mix one to one and a half scoops of Cytomax in 16 oz. of water. Begin drinking 15-30 minutes into exercise. Drink 5 oz. every 15 minutes. After training, slowly drink another 16 oz. over the next hour to aid in recovery.
How to use Cytomax:
Before training: Begin drinking 15-30 minutes before training for quick, effective hydration, lactic acid buffering and optimum levels of performance.
During training: Drink continually during exercise (32 fl.-oz. per hour) to ensure proper hydration/electrolyte replenishment and optimum levels of performance.
After training: Continue drinking immediately post training to ensure glycogen restoration, electrolyte balance and to reduce post exercise cramping.*
If caking occurs, simply break up with a spoon or other utensil.
