Directions For Use
For a quick energy drink, mix one serving (2 scoops) per 12oz. (340ml) of cold water and stir. For improved post-exercise recovery, use one serving immediately after your workout.
Take 1 hour before bed time to minimize the muscle breakdown that occurs during the 7 to 8 hour fast while you sleep.
