Directions For Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3-4 capsules before morning meal and 3-4 capsules before evening meal.
Take this product for a maximum of 8 weeks, followed by a 4 week off-cycle.

Excellent supplement. Since starting, I've dumped fat and put on real muscle mass. Waiting for libido aspect to accelerate (already high), but otherwise feels much better. Makes lifting more exciting when you are making real gains -- strength, size, contour and overall feeling good. After 2 weeks on this stuff, I was putting up some crazy weights. People at my gym wanted to know if I was "on something." Great pumps too. <br /><br />
