Directions For Use
Start with 1/2 to 2/3 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix one (1) level scoop of Friction with 8 ounces of water or your favorite non-caffeinated beverage.
Product contains heat and moisture sensitive materials which can cause clumping and settling. Shake well before opening.
Unlike other supplements in this category, Friction is very powerful and requires only one (1) scoop.
Always consume at least 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight. Example: 160 pound person would drink 80 ounces of water per day.
Do not use Friction with Redline, Meltdown or any other products and/or beverages that contain caffeine or other forms of stimulants.
