Directions For Use

Take 2 caplets in the morning and 2 caplets in the afternoon.

MRI CE2 Hi-Def 180 Caplets

Over the past year, I have not taken any other supplement other than CE2 Hi-Def. I have recently turned 36, although I have been in pretty good shape, I have never felt as solid and confident that my exercise was doing nothing more than just keeping me in shape. Now, I may not have washboard abs, but I can honestly tell you that I can keep up with alot of the high school athletes in the area. I have been told by many that they cannot believe that I am my age. I am only 5'5, weighing in at 180 lbs., but I am not embarassed to take my shirt off. I recommend this product to all my lifting partners and friends that are interested in exercising to stay healthy or get bigger.
