Garden of Life Raw Meal 2.6 Pounds

Great product. Tastes like what it is made out of, so be prepared for grain/plant taste. I use this product for a morning meal replacement. Noticeable effect on daily energy and body health. I would recommend this product to dieters, and people looking for a healthier alternative to fast food meals.

I really like this product! As the previous reviewer mentioned, it does have a distinct grain/sprout after-taste, so it is best to simply chug it without pause. The real benefit is that it seriously regulates your digestive system, really does keep you full, and gives you a lot of vitality and energy through out the day. I am also using it for dieting, but I am taking a different approach than anybody else I've seen. Because of my unhealthy relationship with food, I am attempting to basically "live" on RAW meal replacements until my body regains the ability to know the difference between true hunger or satiation. I take seven to eight 1/2 portions a day, so 1 scoop with 8oz of water seven to eight times a day. I would not trust another product to complete this undertaking with. I've only been using it for about 4-5 days but I can already feel a difference. <br />Highly recommend!
