As a dietary supplement, for best results, take 1 serving upon awakening in the morning in place of coffee. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Simply add 4 tablespoons to 8 fluid ounces of cold water. Stir and serve. It may also be mixed for 10 seconds in a blender with crushed ice.
