Directions For Use
Menstruating Women:
Apply 1/4 tsp. twice daily on inner arms, wrists, palms of hands, face, neck or thighs. Start on the 12th day after first day of menstrual flow through 26th day.
Menopausal or non-menstruating Women:
Apply 1/4 tsp. twice daily. Use 25 days per month.
All women: Rotate areas of application. Repeat monthly.
