Gluten-free, high-fiber, with greens and soy-free

Gluten-free bars contain no gluten ingredients for those sensitive to gluten (found in grains including wheat, oats and barley). High-fiber bars contain 3-11 grams of fiber. Bars with greens contain some superfoods including chlorella, alfalfa grass juice and spirulina. Bars without soy protein are for those who want to avoid soy.
