One of the easiest ways to insure you are fighting the effects of aging is to supply your body with antioxidants from vitamin and mineral supplements. Antioxidants combat the harmful effects of oxidation in the body, thereby prolonging the life of cells.
Vitamins A, C and E, beta carotene, alpha-lipoic acid and the mineral selenium are major antioxidants. Let's discuss two quickly:
