My job as a teacher keeps me very busy. I am constantly on the go. Being able to keep up with a healthy lifestyle can be a challenge. I rely on vitamins and meal replacements to keep my energy level high!
To keep my body strong, I work out 5 times per week, with 45 minutes of cardio exercise and 45 minutes of weight training. In my diet, I avoid fried, greasy food and try to eat lots of chicken, soy beans, cottage cheese and fruit. I eat small meals 5 times a day.
Before workouts, I take a fat burner to keep my energy level high. I usually eat a Labrada Lean Body Carb Watchers Bar as a high-protein snack. Lindberg Pink Pack (multi-vitamin) helps reinforce my overall health.
