"Forty two years ago, I read a book "Let's Eat Right to Keep Fit" by Adelle Davis. In it she mentioned Judy Lindberg McFarland's mother, Gladys Lindberg, and her work as a nutritionist. She also told about her vitamin store. I ordered the Lindberg Varsity Pack (multi-vitamin) wrapped into little bunches and twisted in plastic wrap. I have been taking them ever since.
I am 74 years old and in very good health. I get many comments about how young I look and what beautiful skin I have. Everyone thinks I am 60. Often, I am asked how I account for this.
