My Favorite Protein Shake Recipes
This one is perfect on a hot day:
Blend 1 scoop of EggFit in water along with with ¼ cup of frozen blueberries, ½ teaspoon of ground flaxseed, a pinch of cinnamon, and a teaspoon of stevia. Use as much water as you prefer depending on the consistency you're looking for. It's a sweet treat!
As a meal replacement:
Blend 1 scoop of EggFit with water and ice cubes along with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and ½ teaspoon of ground flaxseed. I only allow myself the peanut butter when it is replacing something… not in addition to!
