Tony MorrisAs a personal trainer, I always need to be in great shape. I take supplements for two main reasons. One is for physical reasons to get strong and stay lean. As I age, the other reason is for the longevity and preventative aspects of nutrition.

I mix whey protein and cinnamon into my morning oatmeal and sweeten it with Splenda. I also use whey protein and amino acids to build muscle and for recuperation. Creatine helps me get stronger and is good for muscle volumization. For extra energy, to suppress appetite and burn fat, I take a complete thermogenic/diet formula. And for overall health, I take a high-potency multivitamin.

I eat a high protein diet with plenty of fiber, vegetables and other natural foods. I stay away from sugar, starches and anything fried.

It is important to me to have a well-defined physique and good symmetry. In addition to lifting, I do 45-minute cardio workouts 3-5 times a week. I also enjoy kickboxing and Jujitsu when I'm not reading self-improvement books or writing poetry.
