I wanted to send you a note about how continuous exercise and supplementation pays big dividends over time. Three years ago, when the last photo was taken, I had just bulked up and put on extra muscle. Since then, I have continued to change my physique and am now leaner and more cut than before.
I take several scoops a day of a good Whey Protein Powder. I also use Protein Bars (anything from SportPharma, MET-Rx or Bio-X/M-L-O), and I use a couple of Meal Replacement Powders, like those from EAS. Only on training days do I use a Thermogenic product to help me stay more focused. I eat foods such as steak and fish, veggies and some fruit as much as possible when I'm at work. Supplements round out the rest of the 6-8 meals I eat each day. My schedule is very busy, so I now depend on supplements more than ever!
I now focus more on upping the intensity of my workouts to sharpen my physique. I stick to an every-other-day lifting routine using mainly dead lifts, dumbbell squats, snatches and other basic DB and barbell lifts. My muscle density has increased while, at the same time, my fat has dropped several pounds. I also do 30-60 minutes of cardio on all workout days.
