I started taking daily doses of niacin (800 mg), vitamin C (1,500 mg), vitamin E (400 IU), flax seed oil (3,000 mg), and chromium picolinate (1,000 mg). I also started walking two miles every day, increasing my speed gradually. Finally, I improved my diet by applying the changes Judy suggests in her book. Within 2 months, I'd lost 25 pounds. I had more blood work done, and the results were amazing! My cholesterol level dropped to 223, triglycerides to 250, and my blood sugar level to 116! My energy level has also greatly improved.
