We celebrated our 50th anniversary in June 2006. We have been taking your vitamins for many years now and are very happy with them.
My husband and I rely on these items by Lindberg: Varsity Pack 2, Lutein, Bilberry, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Concentrated Omega-3 (fish oil), Vitamin E, Bone Support, Ester-C and CoQ10. We also use Flax Oil from Health from the Sun, PB-8 Acidophilus by Nutrition Now and Fitness Labs Green Tea Extract – Decaffeinated.
My husband, who has adult-onset diabetes adds Lindberg Chromium Picolinate each day.
We both try to drink 8-10 glasses of pure water every day. Herbal teas and decaf coffee are our beverages of choice. We do not smoke or drink alcohol.
We are very diligent with taking all our vitamins and all our family say we look great. For the very rare times we were feeling sick we use Lindberg Olive Leaf instead of antibiotics.
