David CarrollI am a big believer and promoter of exercise, healthy diet and supplements! I have been shopping at your retail store, Lindberg Nutrition, for over 13 years now. Lindberg has the biggest selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and very competitive prices! I start my day with the Lindberg Varsity Pack 2 plus the Lindberg all-natural Protein Blend or straight whey protein in a smoothie with fresh and frozen fruit, raw nuts, or ground flax seeds. To this I add 1-2 tablespoons of Flora Labs Udo's Choice Oil Blend and/or Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil; glutamine; green food powders; Lindberg Soy Lecithin Granules; and MSM powder. Then I take extra antioxidants throughout the day with meals, such as CoQ10, grape seed extract, alpha lipoic acid, glucosomine & chondriotin, 4-10 grams of vitamin C powder a day, niacin 2 times a day, and a Flora Labs Udo's Choice Probiotics Super 5 tablet at bedtime. I do a split-routine, strength training work-out, surf and do some gym cardio. I really like to mix up the work-out to keep it fun. I believe in being mindful of what you eat and have a fair idea of how many grams of fat, protein and carbs one should be taking in at a meal while making sure to eat every 31/2 to 4 hours. To do this, you have to read labels, understand portion sizes and plan ahead to eat a meal or have a protein bar or smoothie if you're in a time crunch.
