"It is important to provide good fitness knowledge to my students and be a good fitness role model by staying fit myself.
I maintain my weight by eating foods high in protein and low in fat. My carbs mainly come from fruits and veggies. I try to eat every 2-3 hours and drink plenty of water throughout each day.
