I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Redondo Beach, so it's important that I maintain a muscular physique and keep my body healthy overall.
I train 5-7 times per week. My favorite exercises include reverse crunches, which are tough but effective for abdominal development, and incline curls, which build the bicep muscle. I avoid fried foods and candy in my diet, and I eat lots of fish and vegetables.
Nutritional supplements allow me to get all the macronutrients I need to build muscle and stay lean. I use Endurox R4 by Endurox (high carb) in my post-workout shake. And I drink various Protein Powders for a high-protein snack.
