Trainer Mark Andrews Uses MRPs and Whey Protein to Get his Day Off to a Great Start!

Mark AndrewsMy goal is to be stronger and faster, and to get harder with every year of training. I take supplements to give me an edge - I want to feel like my body is progressing every day.

I use MuscleTech MesoTech meal replacement packets (chocolate flavor) because I like a convenient low-fat meal when I'm on the run. I take a multi-vitamin and mineral to make sure I am getting the nutrients I need to feel great. Every morning, I mix 3 scoops of MuscleTech Nitro-Tech whey protein (strawberry flavor) in oatmeal to start my day off right. And I take digestive enzymes to help my system break down large volumes of food.

I try to avoid foods high in saturated fat, and I try to eat foods like chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and brown rice.

I work out 4-5 times per week. My favorite exercises include the incline dumbbell press and pull-ups. The incline dumbbell press helps build the chest; pull-ups help make my back wider and my waist look smaller.
