Triathlete Takes Creatine, Vitamins, Protein Powder and Bars to Boost Performance!

Christopher BrayI just participated in my first triathlon and was very pleased with my performance. Out of more than 700 competitors, I placed 23rd in the swim for my age group.

My exercise program includes weight training four days a week, where I focus on one or two body parts each workout. For aerobic conditioning, I bike, swim and run trails near my home five days a week.
