I am an avid natural bodybuilder and live an extremely healthy lifestyle. My weight training focuses on each body part once a week very intensely using techniques such as forced reps, drop sets, etc., to stimulate growth. My aerobic sessions include running, biking, sprints and various cross-training exercises.
I eat six small meals throughout the day. The first three are 2/3 carbs, 1/3 protein and fat. The last three taper off the carbs to 1/3 with the remainder being protein and fat. My carbs come from mostly low glycemic index sources. My fats come from primarily fish, nuts and olive oil and my protein comes from non-fat dairy products, tofu, fish, lean poultry, egg whites and whey protein powder.
The supplements I use are Designer Whey's Original Designer Whey Protein powder, glutamine, HMB, creatine, mulit-vitamins and minerals, Lindberg Ultimate Antioxidant, cod liver oil, chromium picolinate, alpha-lipoic acid, and glucosamine/chondroitin sulfate. Plus, when I'm on the go, I eat Balance Bars for a quick meal replacement.
