Tatiana AndersonI take vitamins and sports supplements to increase my energy levels, build and maintain muscle mass, and lower body fat.

With my hectic schedule, I like the convenience of meal replacement drinks. My favorite is Labrada Lean Body.

I also use Pinnacle Estrolean (diet product) because it energizes me and increases my metabolism. Plus, I take a multi-vitamin.

I try to avoid fried and fast foods, so I eat foods that are grilled or steamed. For me, a typical breakfast includes oatmeal with whey powder. For lunch I'll have grilled chicken with rice and veggies, and for dinner I'll eat sushi or grilled fish with a salad. A protein drink makes a great snack.

My 5-day-a-week workouts include rollerblading, biking, hiking and dance classes. When I work out, I try to maintain a high level of health, and increase my energy and mental clarity. Thanks to my workouts and supplements, I look and feel my best!
