I have participated in many bodybuilding competitions and recently decided to challenge myself even further by entering the 2001 NPC Midwest Classic. This contest was an "open show," which means anything goes (I believe many guys were using steroids). As a natural bodybuilder - and with the help of Nutrition Express sports supplements - I gave it my all! I finished a respectable 3rd in the middleweight division.
