A. There are many excellent diet plans and products to help you reach your goals. Of all the diets out there, my clients have had the best success with high protein / low carb diets. Drink a low carb protein drink daily. Consume good fats like flaxseed oil. And take the daily multi-vitamin such as Lindberg Pink Pack.
