Multi-Vitamin
Getting all the nutrients your body needs is easy with a multi-vitamin formula. 1-per-day is a solid formula that gives you high potencies of just about every vitamin and mineral except calcium and magnesium. Whey Protein

Flaxseed Oil
& Fish Oil
Everyone—even kids—should take 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil and at least 1 fish oil softgel a day. Flaxseed and certain fish oils supply the body with important omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s play a critical role in the health of your skin, joints, cell membrane structure, and cardiovascular and nervous systems. Flaxseed oil has 5 times more omega-3s that any other oil. It's a rich source of the omega-3 fat, alpha linolenic acid, which cannot be manufactured by your body and must come from your diet.
Fish oils including cod liver oil provides two other essential omega-3 fats, EPA and DHA. Try Lindberg Organic Flax Oil or Lindberg Cod Liver Oil Liquid. Or if you prefer capsule formulas, try Fitness Labs Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate.
