Directions For Use
Purpose: Formulated for use before intense workouts.
Recommended Use -- Workouts: As a dietary supplement take 1 to 3 scoops in water before intense training sessions on an empty stomach. Use approximately 4-6 ounces of water per 1 scoop of powder. First time users should assess their tolerance to this highly active compound with 1 scoop and graduate to 2 scoops. Take 3 scoops only if you are an advanced user over 200 lbs. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within four hours before sleeping.
Recommended Use -- Physically Active Days: Mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz water and consume on an empty stomach.
Note: MusclePrime is a highly potent formulation. Users may notice excess sensory effects at the skin level at 2 or more servings.
