How to Order
For orders sent to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories: You may order by phone, mail, fax and online through this website.
For orders sent to all other international destinations: We do not take orders over the Internet for these international destinations. However, we do ship internationally. Please call this U.S. phone number 310-784-8500 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time to place your order by phone. We will quote you the order subtotal and total shipping costs.
All orders pay actual shipping and insurance charges based on U.S. Postal rates. Customer pays any applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. We'll calculate the Shipping Charge based on the weight of the package and destination. These charges will be added to your order.
Note: We attempt to ship all items in one package (box), provided it is less than 66 pounds (29 kg) and fits within a 22" by 22" by 22" (66cm x 66cm x 66cm) box. Some weight restrictions per package lighter than 66 pounds may apply to certain countries.
Canada: We accept payment by credit cards (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card), personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, money orders and wire transfers. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to hold a check, pending bank clearance, prior to shipment of an order. We do not ship C.O.D.
International (except Canada) and U.S. Territories: We accept payment by personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, money orders and wire transfers provided they are drawn on a U.S. bank. Orders that are underpaid will not ship until the balance is received. You will be notified by email or letter. If we receive an overpayment, a refund check will be issued promptly.
Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and U.S. Territories: These orders are shipped through the U.S. Mail via Air or Ground Parcel Post. Delivery times and charges will be displayed online when you enter your zip code or postal code into the "Calculate Shipping" box in the shopping cart.
Other International (not Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or U.S. Territories): These orders are shipped through the U.S. Mail via Air or Ground Parcel Post. Please call this U.S. phone number 310-784-8500 Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time if you would like a quote of delivery times and charges.
USPS Air Parcel Post, expect up to 14 days.
USPS Ground Parcel Post, expect upto 4-8 weeks.
You may experience additional delays in customs over which we have no control.
We will not back order out-of-stock items for International Destinations. If you see an item marked as "out-of-stock back orders okay", please do not order these items since these back orders only apply to orders shipping to Continental USA destinations. If you accidentally order an item that is out-of-stock, we will attempt to notify you so you can switch to another product. If we are unable to contact you, the order will ship without delay minus the out-of-stock item. If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund. If you paid by a U.S. credit card, your card will not be charged for the items out-of-stock.
Duties and taxes are set by your country's customs service and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nutrition Express neither collects these fees, nor quotes their actual costs. You are to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any, to the responsible party.
If your package (order) is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not issue a refund.
If we receive a package back from customs, we will refund you the product cost less shipping, handling and insurance, provided the returned products are unopened, in their original packaging and in good condition.
Please check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients. We take no responsibility for items not cleared by customs or confiscated by them. The following list may be helpful in determining which products you should avoid ordering. However, this list is not complete and is not to be relied upon. Use it only as a guideline. We update it periodically as a result of our own experience.
Argentina: Maximum weight per package: 44 pounds.
Australia: Items or ingredients that are prohibited: Products containing stimulants (caffeine, mahuang). All protein powders. Maximum weight per package: 44 pounds.
Canada: Items or ingredients that are prohibited: Products containing caffeine, hoodia, DHEA, guarana, testosterone boosters, L-carnitine, mahuang, pregnenonlone, yohimbe. Maximum weight per package: 66 pounds.
France: Items or ingredients that are prohibited: St. John's Wort. Maximum weight per package: 66 pounds.
Germany: Maximum weight per package: 70 pounds.
Great Britain: Maximum weight per package: 66 pounds.
Japan: Maximum weight per package: 44 pounds.
